Singh Is KING
So Congress won by a huge margin, [i was right again :) ] ; & manmohan singh is set to be the second PM after Jawaharlal Nehru to be re-elected after a 5yr term.
Just makes me say
Ah..
You better put your fist up,
Ah, right now..
[One for the treble,
Two for the base,
King is in the place,
You better watch this space..]-
Hain ek colour ke terah patte,
Lekin sab mein bass ek king,
Ace bhi hum hai, base bhi hum hai,
Aur jigar mein hain daring..
Right now…now..
Hum..hum kare dil ki jo marzi,
Karte karte bass had kar di,
Dil agar sachcha ho,
Rab sab karde setting..
Singh is king, Singh is king, Singh is king..-
Yo yo yo yo
You know we bring the rockers in the place,
Don’t be messing with me punkers,
I hit you in the face,
You know you better salute to the king..the king
You know you better bow down to the singh..
Chak de phatte ,coz we are the greatest,
Kabhi naa darte coz we are the bravest,
Nachde, hasde bad as hell,
Punjabis in the house,
You better watch yourself..
Singh is king, Singh is king, Singh is king..-

Electionssssss.............predictions ;)
this election was no different though, u could save yourself from the carpet bombing of election programmes (& they were a big bore) on TV this year , by watching IPL "manoranjan ka baap"
btw continuing with the tradition im betting on a coalition led Congress govt. & i guess it'll also ease off the Foreign investment regulations the minute it comes to power.
the PM should be manmohan singh but given the dynamics i guess if its a full majority congress govt. its manmohan v/s rahul 70:30; & if its congress with left party support its manmohan v/s pranab mukherjee 40:60, & if its congresss with regional/SP etc. its manmohan 100%.
btw for the record i have never been incorrect in election predictions all my life (is some market research company listening?)
this meltdown i guess should ease up by next year,as in for the recruitment & all.
subject knowledge
we were taught ricardian theory , offer curves , krugman model , & many other models which were "important" but were not in the book krugman & obstfeld that we were all supposed to study
in the initial stages itself we were required to make an assignment on problem of comparative advantage faced with countries based on actual data (obviously,)
we also did a term paper on macro economics
operational research was comparatively easy & had more scoring oppurtunity, Company Law (& competition act) was kinda easy since it was already covered in my grad, :)
comparatively te stuides are not difficult but theexams are, question papers are tough & checking is tougher
